RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at The Original Turkish Towels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Conditions

At the present time for security reasons we will not leave parcels at an address unattended. No one likes the hassle of trying to organise a re-delivery. If you're not home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel the parcel will be dropped off at your local HUBBED agent. A missed delivery card will be left in your mail box with the details and location of the HUBBED agent. There are hundreds of HUBBED agents in every location around Australia.

Simply visit the HUBBED Parcels website at https://hubbedparcels.com.au/find-hubbstation and type in your card number to see if your parcel is ready for collection. Most parcels will be dropped off that same afternoon.

In order to collect your parcel you must have the missed delivery card (or card number), a valid Government Photo ID, and you must be the person named on the parcel.

If you do not meet the criteria, our agents will not hand over the parcel. This is for security reasons.

Parcels that are not collected after 7 days will be returned to the courier and it will be your responsibility to organise a re-delivery.
